Food On Campus

For on campus food options American University has The Eaglesnest (the campus convenience store), Subway, McDonalds, Mega Bytes Cafe (serving coffee, wraps and curry). In Ward Hall there is Wagshal's Deli, open Monday-Friday during the summer. In addition to these options, there is the Terrace Dining Room (TDR) that is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. It is an all-you-can-eat dining facility.

There are also two Starbucks nearby. The Starbucks within walking distance is several blocks from campus on New Mexico Avenue. The other is located in Tenleytown and can be reached by taking the American University shuttle bus.
