Post Doc Research Associate: Environmental Economics
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and the Department of Economics seek a forthcoming or recent PhD as a Postdoctoral Scholar to participate in an interdisciplinary NSF-funded project focused on environmental justice.
The Postdoctoral Scholar will have community facing tasks including but not limited to designing and conducting community oral history interviews in North Carolina, along with manuscript preparation, student supervision, as well as other duties as designated.
The Department of Economics is one of five academic departments in the College of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University, located in Greensboro, NC. North Carolina A&T State University is an 1890 land-grant doctoral research institution committed to exemplary teaching and learning, scholarly and creative research, and effective engagement and public service.
Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in cultural anthropology, cultural ethnography, community psychology, sociology, public policy, or a closely related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as a team player and across disciplines.
