MBA Faculty Positions
The Department of Organization & Management invites applications for two full- time core faculty positions beginning July 1, 2010 in our MBA in Organizational and Environmental Sustainability. We seek innovative candidates who are committed to sustainability, who want to be part of a growing department, and who are dedicated to course design that integrates experiential teaching and learning, technology, project based learning (where students serve as sustainability consultants to local businesses), and field experiences.
We seek faculty who are skilled at integrating sustainability topics into one or more of the following content areas: Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Triple Bottom Line, Ecological Economics, Marketing and Globalization. Qualified candidates must have an interest in designing and teaching courses in our three program modalities: weekend delivery, accelerated weekday delivery, and online anytime/anywhere delivery. Qualified candidates should be well-versed in systems thinking and leadership. All core faculty members are expected to engage in scholarship; a wide range of approaches are encouraged and valued.
